An area is a room up to 250 sq ft. L shaped rooms and combination rooms are considered 2 areas. Price is for carpet cleaning with Sears Ultra-Care 2 step process. First we pre-treat the carpeted areas, then we do a steam extraction with a PH balanced fiber rinse removing all dirt and cleaning agents from your carpet leaving you with a soft, clean and residue free carpet. Protector and Enzyme available for an additional charge. If we can not park within 100ft of the entrance to your home we will need to do a portable cleaning. Portable cleanings have a portable charge of $50. $9 Service fee added to the end of all jobs.
