There are two cleaning franchises to choose from – Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning and Air Duct Cleaning.
Many new franchise owners purchase both franchise models since most homeowners use both services. But either model can be purchased and operated separately.
Sears Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning
The carpet cleaning franchise consists of the following services: Carpet Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning,
Tile & Grout Cleaning/Sealing/Coloring, and Water Extraction. All of these services are performed using
our specially formulated cleaning solutions with our custom designed truck (van) mounted cleaning equipment.
In addition, our 2-step cleaning process is recommended by America’s largest carpet manufacturer and has
earned the Platinum Seal of Approval from the Carpet & Rug Institute (CRI) for superior dirt removal from carpet.
Sears Air Duct Cleaning
The air duct cleaning franchise consists of the following services: Air Duct Cleaning,
Clothes Dryer Vent Cleaning and Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) products and services, such as filters,
air purifiers and more. Today many homeowners are concerned about the quality of the air in their homes.
As a Sears Air Duct Cleaning franchisee, you’ll have all the knowledge, equipment and tools to help improve a home’s indoor air quality.

Financial Assistance
When you purchase a new franchise territory, the down payment is now only 20% - available to qualified candidates.
Sears will finance the remaining 80% of the territory purchase price at an interest rate of prime + 3% (minimum 7% interest) over a ten year period – no penalty if paid off earlier. This is a limited time offer.

Sign the Franchise agreement and pay for your territory
After reviewing all the necessary documents, you and your Franchise
consultant agree to all points. Together, we sign the appropriate legal
and financial documents. You make the appropriate payment.
Determine target dates for training and Franchise start-up
You and your Franchise consultant reach mutual agreements to
determine your initial on-the-job training schedule,
attendance at Management Training sessions and the actual date you
will open your Sears Franchise.
